About the work
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is a Portfolio work by Salvador Dalí, a edition, created in 1969.0. It is from the numbered edition of 2500. It measures 18.5"h x 13"w x 2.5"d.
Salvador Dalí (1904–1989) brought the imagery of Surrealism to an enormous graphic output. His illustrated portfolios and print suites — devoted to literary and mythological themes — were issued in numbered editions that remain widely collected.
As an editioned work, it offers a documented example of Salvador Dalí's practice — the same sensibility that defines the larger body of work, issued in a form built for close looking.
